As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets by assisting customers and dealers. You will provide intelligent, effective solutions for poultry housing, egg handling, and climate control, always collaborating with customers to find the best fit.

YOUR CAREER What you will do
- Expand our sales presence and dealer network throughout Poland;
- Build strong relationships by visiting customers and key accounts;
- Lead sales efforts from initial contact to signed contracts;
- Represent Vencomatic Group at national and international trade shows and events.
YOUR TALENTS What you bring to the table
- You are commercially driven with strong communication skills in Polish and English;
- Background in agro-industry or sales - knowledge of the poultry sector is a plus;
- Skilled negotiator with a passion for animal welfare and sustainability;
- Confident team player who excels in a practical, no-nonsense environment.
