Your mission
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for new developments, engineering changes, module improvements, and industrialization
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop mitigations and escalate problems to leadership when necessary
• Act as the primary liaison between the development and engineering department and other key stakeholders, including Operations, Service, Applications, and Product Management to ensure project goals align with business objectives
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project progress against established milestones and deadlines. Provide regular, detailed status reports to department leadership and relevant stakeholders
• Lead and prepare for all project gate reviews, ensuring that all required deliverables, documentation, and data are compiled and presented for formal review according Raith Product Lifecycle process
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the project with the steering committee, including executives from Raith's leadership
• Report to D&E manager
Your Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
• Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IMPA/PCP) are a plus
• 7 - 10+ years of professional experience, including industrialization and machine building
• Proven experience in managing technical or engineering projects
• Experience in high-tech or precision engineering environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in leading teams, ability to foster collaboration and accountability within teams
• Demonstrated ownership, pragmatism, and hands-on approach in project work
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities, driven by team results
• Self-driven and thrives in challenging, dynamic environments
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
