Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager at Sorensen Stables EU at Hoogeloon:
- General Property Oversight: Manage all aspects of property upkeep and improvements.
- Landscaping & Lawn Care: Mow, trim, weed, and maintain outdoor areas and gardens to a high standard.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform handyman tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and structural repairs.
- Handyman Tasks: Ability to execute general fixes around the barn, house and property regarding plumbing, interior fixes and other maintenance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Arrange servicing and maintain tools, vehicles, and machinery (e.g., mowers, tractors, small engines).
- Building Repairs: Carry out maintenance and fixes on barns, residential buildings, and storage areas.
- Trash & Waste Management: Coordinate regular waste removal and recycling; maintain cleanliness of all exterior areas.
- Vendor Coordination: Schedule and manage service providers (e.g., pest control, contractors, utilities).
- Preventative Maintenance: Follow and develop checklists and seasonal schedules for property care.
- Organization: Keep maintenance tools and supplies organized and stocked.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, facilities maintenance, or a similar role.
- Skilled in general repairs and familiar with power tools and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid EU/Netherlands driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and carry 20–25 kg and perform manual labor daily.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in rural or equestrian properties.
- Familiarity with barn and farm building maintenance.
- Basic certifications in trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, mechanical) a plus.
