Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Support Engineer to join our growing commercial team. You will support the end-to-end customer journey - from first contact to successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction. You will also execute commercial activities that help generate and develop business opportunities.
This position is ideal for early-career professionals with a technical mindset who want to grow into a customer-facing commercial role within the deep-tech sector.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
• Identify and qualify new prospects in target markets
• Arrange customer meetings, demonstrations, and sample shipments
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to inbound inquiries
• Maintain CRM data, track communications, and support proposal preparation
Customer Success
• Guide customers through production, delivery, installation, and training phases
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer commitments
• Organize periodic review meetings and capture actionable customer feedback
• Help build long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and account growth
Commercial Execution
• Support the execution of ongoing commercial initiatives, campaigns, events, and content
• Monitor progress of lead development and ensure proper follow-up
• Contribute to communication materials, presentations, and product messaging

What You Bring

Required
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical focus
• Clear, professional communication style (written and verbal)
• Self-driven, structured working approach with strong follow-through
• Interest in developing commercial (sales and customer success) skills
• Comfortable working with international customers and colleagues
Preferred
• Experience or internships in semiconductor, battery, nanotechnology, or equipment engineering environments
• Familiarity with CRM systems, technical documentation, or customer support processes
