Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Support Engineer to join our growing commercial team. You will support the end-to-end customer journey - from first contact to successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction. You will also execute commercial activities that help generate and develop business opportunities.
This position is ideal for early-career professionals with a technical mindset who want to grow into a customer-facing commercial role within the deep-tech sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Identify and qualify new prospects in target markets.
- Arrange customer meetings, demonstrations, and sample shipments.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to inbound inquiries.
- Maintain CRM data, track communications, and support proposal preparation.
Customer Success
- Guide customers through production, delivery, installation, and training phases.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer commitments.
- Organize periodic review meetings and capture actionable customer feedback.
- Help build long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and account growth.
Commercial Execution
- Support the execution of ongoing commercial initiatives, campaigns, events, and content.
- Monitor progress of lead development and ensure proper follow-up.
- Contribute to communication materials, presentations, and product messaging.
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical focus.
- Clear, professional communication style (written and verbal).
- Self-driven, structured working approach with strong follow-through.
- Interest in developing commercial (sales and customer success) skills.
- Comfortable working with international customers and colleagues.
Preferred
- Experience or internships in semiconductor, battery, nanotechnology, or equipment engineering environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, technical documentation, or customer support processes.
