Your role

As a warehouse coordinator at The Box Seat you are responsible for coordinating and managing a dynamic warehouse environment and precisely oversee incoming and outgoing goods for international clientele. The following tasks are key to this role:

Warehouse administration

Assembly management and supervision

Production schedule management with suppliers

Production schedule inhouse communication

Quality control of goods

Monitoring orders

Logistics communications

Informing clients of goods ready

Keeping records and reports up to date

Warehouse MRP system operation

You Are

The seating industry is highly dynamic. This means there is often pressure to deliver but also times where production slows down. As a result you should:

Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a technical production environment.

Have leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.

have good analytical thinking.

Be skilled in setting and achieving operational goals.

Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Have a strong desire to take initiative to learn the ins and outs of the company and look for improvements within your role.

We are predominantly an English spoken company; fluency in English is very important.

Have a valid forklift license.
