Your role
As a quality assurance coordinator at The Box Seat you are responsible for overseeing quality control procedures by working alongside our team and suppliers to guarantee consistency across a unique product range. The following tasks are key to this role:
- Following and establishing quality control policies and procedures
- Checking goods against specifications
- Inspect, test and measure materials, parts and finished goods
- Ensure goods comply with specification and project requirements
- Prepare quality assurance documentation
- Responsible for quality management
- Improve and implement quality procedures
- Quality control oversight for communicating with suppliers
You Are
To smoothly operate within this role you should:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a technical production environment
- Be a team player
- Be fluent in English
- Be efficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Be excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Have an analytical thinking and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Have technical proficiency in product analysis
- Meticulous documentation management
- Having a forklift license is desirable but not a requirement
